Alice Sun
Director, Financials Sponsors Group, Barclays (Moderator)
Alice Sun is a Director in the Financials Sponsors Group based in Hong Kong. Her responsibilities include client coverage across Asia Pacific, delivering solutions from a comprehensive suite of products including financial advisory, debt and equity linked financing solutions and risk management services.
Alice joined Barclays in 2014 in New York in the Leveraged Finance team, where she was responsible for the origination, execution and syndication for a number of sponsor acquisition financings as well as corporate high yield and term loan issuances.
Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Diane Raposio
Partner, Head of KKR Asia Credit and Capital Markets
Diane Raposio (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2013 and is the Head of Asia Credit & Markets. Since joining the firm, she has worked on a number of debt financings for KKR portfolio companies and third party clients. Prior to joining KKR, she spent six years in the leveraged debt capital markets team at Deutsche Bank (across London, Hong Kong and Sydney), UBS, Barclays, Bankers Trust and AMP. Ms. Raposio is a qualified actuary (FIAA) and holds a Masters of Economics from Macquarie University.
Stephanie Hui
Head of Private and Growth Equity in Asia Pacific; Global Co-head & Co-CIO of Growth Equity, Goldman Sachs Asset Management
Stephanie is head of Private and Growth Equity in Asia Pacific, co-head of Asia Pacific Private Investing and global co-head and co-chief investment officer of Growth Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
Stephanie initially joined Goldman Sachs in 1995 as an analyst. She worked in the Principal Investment Area in New York and then transferred to Hong Kong in 1997. Stephanie left Goldman Sachs in 1998 to attend graduate school, rejoined the firm as an associate in 2000 and became an executive director in 2003. She was named managing director in 2006 and partner in 2010.
Stephanie is a member of the Board of Trustees of Asia Society, the Board of Governors of the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, the Board of Directors of Save the Children Hong Kong and Honorary Trustees of The Women’s Foundation.
Stephanie earned an AB in Biology, summa cum laude, from Harvard College in 1995 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2000.
