Dr. Cindy Ma is Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey's New York office, where her primary responsibilities include providing valuations, financial opinions, and expert witness testimony. Dr. Ma has over 20 years of extensive training, academic expertise, and hands-on experience in commodities, derivatives, securities, foreign exchange, fixed incomes, structured transactions, hedging strategies, and risk management issues. She advises many of the world's largest hedge funds with respect to the value of their illiquid investments

Its merits: vehicle attached with electronic tag automatically identified when passing the fees collection station, automatically weighting vehicle with high accuracy, automatic electronic fees collection when vehicle in motion, feeding back fees information to driver, unique in the world. It prevents vehicle queuing, protects road and accidents from over-loaded vehicle, for various government statistical uses, also used in container and mines, etc., including excellent accuracies in dynamic weighting, small space installation, multi- functional and highly reliable.
Equipment: portable weighting platform and device with small space installation, intelligent treatment system, and wireless information transferring system to the control station and to driver. |
