BORGERWEERT
Nature of Business:
Computer Software
Funds Required:
USD 1.5 – 5 million
Project Details:
BORGERWEERT is focusing on developing financial software for market timing, trading analytics and automated trading execution. It has currently finished the core software of its first completely automated trading station, aimed at replacing human dealers by fully automated artificial intelligence (covering forex, futures, stock, bonds markets).

The system is based on genetic algorithms to determine market entry points (both direction and timing). Market exit decisions are based on separate money management logic before or at the end of each trading day.

The product has been developing in order to replace the typical proprietary dealing room (e.g. banks, hedge funds). It is replacing effectively all manual intervention by computers and computer logic. Benefits are obvious since no staff is involved: human emotion is eliminated, greater discipline is achieved, profits are allowed to run and losses are minimized.

BORGERWEERT has remained in research and development mode since its incorporation but is now on the brink of establishing profitable business operations.

BORGERWEERT is looking to raise between USD 1.5 and 5 million from 1- 5 VC's and / or private investors.
